RYVL Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your RYVL purchase. If you aren't completely satisfied, here's what you need to know about returns and replacements.

NO REPLACEMENTS WOULD BE ENTERTAINED ON COD OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

Replacement Period You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement.

Replacement Eligibility To be eligible: only for prepaid orders

The item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Prepaid Orders: We offer replacements for prepaid orders to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers. Replacement orders will be processed after payment of applicable replacement and shipping charges by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We currently do not offer replacements on COD orders. If you require assistance regarding your order, please contact our support team at ryvl.cloth@gmail.com, and we will do our best to guide you toward a suitable resolution.
