RYVL Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro & remote areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order in real time.

Prepaid Orders Prepaid orders are given priority processing and are eligible for replacements as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD orders are accepted. Please note that replacements are not offered on COD orders. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order. RYVL is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
